Makeup Academy Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance will be required two weeks prior to the course start. Payment can be made via direct debit. The masterclasses vary in cost so the deposit will also vary.

Payment plans can be arranged to split the larger course fee’s. Plan’s to be discussed with each client and the final balance will be required two weeks prior to the course start date.

If for any reason there is a cancellation of the course you are booked on you will receive a full refund or offered the option to defer to another date. If you are unable to attend the course your place can be deferred to another date. If you need to cancel all courses are non-refundable.

The Lucy Jayne Makeup Academy will endeavour to give students at least 24 hours? notice of any cancellation.

COVID-19 Makeup Academy Bookings
Due to the ever-changing information, I am unable to guarantee your course dates will be going ahead as planned. I will keep you updated with current information. If we need to re-schedule we can look at a later date when it’s convenient for all parties.   
Deposits are non-refundable.
